This is a fine art print of my pastel painting, Quiet Moment. These rocks feel so New England, they really could be anywhere. But many people ask me where it is, so I'll tell you: this is the small cove beach at Cape Elizabeth, Maine- the same park that is home to the most photographed lighthouse in America, Portland Head Light. I believe in finding beauty not just in the prescribed moments where others have defined a photo opp (ie, the one spot everyone takes the same photo of that lighthouse 365 days a year) but all around you. To put it in cliché terms, life is about the journey, not the destination. I produce my prints right in my home studio in Belmont, NH using a 6-color inkjet printer on matte fine art photography paper. Each is signed by hand on the back and sealed in a clear plastic sleeve with a rigid backing board for the best protection.
