First, you wet your hair, then rub the shampoo bar in a few patches in your hair. Work up the lather with your hands. Make sure the lather goes through all your hair and down to your scalp and scrub. Give your hair a complete cleaning. Rinse your hair with fresh water and get out all the shampoo. Rinsing your hair with bathtub water that already has soap mixed in with it will not give you a clean rinse. You can wash with the shampoo bars every 2 to 3 days, or more often as needed.
