Russian Charoite in Silver Pendant
"Charoite was described in 1978 and named for the Chara River in Siberia, the only place it is found. A rare gemstone with translucent lavender to purple color. This fantastic large teardrop of charoite is surrounded with sterling silver filled wire woven between two pieces of heavier wire in a figure 8 pattern. This pendant is 2.5" long. All attempts have been made to photograph these items correctly in the natural light. However, colors can/do vary with everyone's individual monitors. "
