USB Puck Light with Remote for Holiday Decorations Saves Money on Batteries
Are you tired of wasting money on batteries in your puck lights? Want to add a whole lot of color to any decor or project? Due to modifications, the light is no longer submersible, but it can be used as a coaster or under a glass vase for a great light show. Place it inside a lantern, or use it for party or holiday decor. It makes a great gift to brighten a friend's day. Here's a handy solution. I start with a standard 13-light battery-powered puck light and add a 3-meter USB cord. When operated with the included AC adapter, it uses a minuscule 1W to 2.5W of power, depending on the light function. For portable usage, attach it to a power bank or other USB source. Light modes include a single color, flashing color change, slow fading color change (my favorite), or slow strobing white. Photos show examples of use with laser-etched paperweights for a cute easy decoration. I source my lights from various suppliers, so there may be slight variations in appearance from the photos shown.
