This is a Serving Tray without sides made from Padauk (West Africa) in the center and Bocote (Central America). The spacers are Hard Maple (North America) and Padauk. It is 21″ long x 9.5″ wide x about 1″ tall (including the rubber feet). It has Black Zinc Alloy handles and is finished in 4 coats of clear lacquer. It is fully cured and is food-safe and features non-marking rubber feet to prevent slippage, and to promote air circulation. It is not a cutting board, chopping or slicing on it will show knife marks, so please don’t do that! To clean, wipe and rinse…please do not immerse in water or place in a dishwasher.
