This hat and scarf set has a great blend of earth tones, and a nice relaxed drape. The hat measures about 10" from tip to brim - plenty of room for folding a brim - and its opening is about 8.5" across when relaxed, but stretches to 15". The scarf is about 6" wide and 78" long, and was knit in a cool combination of vertical and horizontal stitching. Hand wash recommended, lay flat to dry. The earth tone sections are acrylic yarn, and the grays are wool.
