This wonderful bowl cozy protects your hands when you heat up food in the microwave. The holder is made from 100% cotton fabric, thread and lining so the entire bowl holder can be placed in the microwave. The bowl holder can fit bowls up to 7" circumference. It is approximately 3" deep. It basically fits standard soup/salad bowl. Bowl holders are meant for warming up food and not for extended periods of cooking. Never leave bowl cozy unattended.
