This is handmade at the time of order and is made using high-quality stretchy cord and glass beads. However, they are delicate, and I recommend you do not wear while sleeping, swimming, bathing, or working out. One size fits most. I recommend adult supervision if a child is wearing these, as they do contain small pieces.
