The Borrowed From the Earth Tote is made from USDA Organic Cotton canvas and printed using natural dyes. Cotton and natural dyes are earth friendly, keeping sustainability in mind! Inspired by the thriving Carmel Otter population and their widespread presence in the Otter Cove neighborhood of Carmel. Print Description: Featuring a print of Otter Pup “All Wrapped Up” in seaweed as Momma Otter forages for din din. Printed with cutch, indigo & pomegranate rinds. Please note: due to the unique process of extracting color from natural dyestuffs like plants, tree bark, and fruits, color shades may vary slightly from tote bag to tote bag. Hand Screen-printing (using fine mesh printing) with natural dyes is also a unique process for natural dyes; small differences in print may be visible from bag to bag.
