This Pinstripe Canvas Floating Frame is for a 1.5" or 3.8cm canvas depth.  Ideally, the canvas will fit down into the frame with an 3/16" space between all four sides of the canvas and the frame. This spacing helps to create the illusion that the canvas is 'floating'. The material consists of new, solid wood (fir). Natural woodgrain and wood knots will be present. This L-shaped moulding measures 1.38" x 3/4" (H x W) with a 3/4" border surrounding the canvas (3/4" or 1" canvas) or 1.87” x 3/4” (H x W) with a 3/4" border surrounding the canvas (1 1/4" or 1 1/2" canvas). A hardware pack with hanging and mounting hardware is included.
