These toddler ruffle hats are constructed using acrylic yarn and HDC to give them an airy feel that helps with keeping cool during the hot summer months. Can, also, be made with cotton or bamboo yarn upon request. Fits children from 12 mos. to 3 years old. Hats pictured are made with the Troll mandala and have different coloring based upon the portion of the skein used in construction.
