This painting is a large 24 x 36" oil painting of the Tuscany landscape and the beautiful archways they built and are still standing to this day. The archway leads to the Alpine roadway with two young maidens, one carrying water jug and the other a basket of vegetables and fruits from the market. This is my 11th oil painting. The bricks are painted individually and it was very laborious. Painted on Ampersand Gesso Cradled 3/4" board. No Frame. Ready to ship once varnished by June.
