This ceramic vase is a collectible item that will be passed down from generation to generation. I made it from clay into this disk-like shape and then layered glazes to achieve this stunning effect. The glaze is a layered one featuring shades of black, gold speckles, and red. The colors seem to change as the light in the room changes. Some florist foam is inserted into the hole in the top, making it easy to place flower blooms, leaves and other greenery in an artistic arrangement. It would make a memorable anniversary gift. This vase is 2.5" high x 6" x 6" wide I signed it on the bottom rim.
