Upcycled women's denim jacket with lace embellishments . Size medium. Measurement from armpit to armpit is 18" (36" around chest). Measurements included in pictures. My upcycled clothing items are created using gently worn hoodies/sweatshirts/jackets etc, t-shirts with cool graphics, flannel/cotton plaid shirts and/or quilts/quilted bedspreads and lace tablecloths, curtains etc. T-shirt graphics are ironed on to the hoodie/sweatshirts using heat bond and then sewn around for extra hold. Upcycling these clothes helps keep millions of tons of textile waste out of landfills each year. Upcycling diverts clothing from this fate, significantly reducing the strain on landfills. All items are washed as soon as I bring them home and once again after I have completed the project.
