This Whimsy Loo headband features a yellow handmade silk flower with a jonquil crystal center and a purple silk covered headband with a yellow velvet ribbon liner. Our Whimsy Loo twinsy headbands are vibrant, colorful and elegant covered in silk shantung fabric and velvet ribbon. Each flower is handmade with silk shantung fabric using a modified version of the centuries old kanzashi method. Then each flower is finished off with a center of Swarovski crystals.
