This Whimsy Loo headband features a white handmade silk flower with a sapphire crystal center and a blue silk covered headband with a white velvet ribbon liner. Our Whimsy Loo twinsy headbands are vibrant, colorful and elegant covered in silk shantung fabric and velvet ribbon. Each flower is handmade with silk shantung fabric using a modified version of the centuries old kanzashi method. Then each flower is finished off with a center of Swarovski crystals.
