The scarves are handmade from 100% cotton flannel and have been fringed by hand to look like real scarves. Every item in my shop is handcrafted from start to finish. I select my own wood, scroll it, sand it, paint it and finish them off with any bells and whistles (and in most cases gauged wire). No returns or exchanges.
