This wood pumpkins shelf sitter is handcrafted from solid wood. Each pumpkin is cut and painted separately and they are them attached together to make the piece thick and give it a sturdy base. It measures approximately 8.5" wide by 8.25" tall and 2" thick. The star is attached with gauged wire and gives it about 1" more on the height. The moon is also attached with gauged wire and so is the bow to give it extra strength. The moon and star are made from .25" thick wood, they are not made of tin. Every item in my shop is handmade from start to finish. I select my own wood, scroll it, sand it, paint it and finish them off with any bells and whistles (and in most cases gauged wire). Each of my items is one of a kind and made from real wood so no two pieces will be 100% the same. I try to make them as similar as possible. Real wood also has knots and other slight imperfections and are not a sign of defect in craftsmanship. No returns or exchanges.
