Welcome to Black Ridge Croft, nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Our shop is a reflection of our love for simple, handmade living. After retiring to the mountains of Virginia from NW Pennsylvania, we embraced "retired" life raising sheep and honey bees and growing a large garden. I turned my passion for baking into a home-based cookie shop while my husband setting up his woodworking shop and crafting one-of-a-kind pieces for your home, from beautifully crafted risers for embroidery machine crafters to wooden boxes for special items. I will slowly add unique products for your kitchen, beginning with beeswax wraps, followed with beeswax bags, linen bread bags & repurposed quilted tote bags.
