Everything Sourdough

Welcome to Everything Sourdough I've fairly recently have been introduced to sourdough bread while spending some time in Alaska with my son. Absolutely loved the texture and taste. So I got back home I decided to start collecting up a few different sourdough starters from different parts of the country and with different historical backgrounds. Some of the starters go back 150 years or more. Each has its own unique properties and taste. You'll find the starters easy to bring to life. And extremely easy to keep alive for long periods of time in your refrigerator. In my opinion the flavor is far superior to any other bread I have eaten . I'm sure you will not be disappointed it's fun to work with and I find it easy to bake delicious sourdough bread.
