Before starting an online shop, back in 2008, I was selling at art and craft fairs in various cities and towns. I began making clocks made of various materials but noticed I wasn't selling the amount I needed to keep afloat. I then started making very customized home decor items that buyers were looking for. In that, I began to think about providing customization to all my items I make. I believe the ability to offer customers choices is what is key to making a product desirable along with good design.
