Life in Petals

My name is Lacey Ward, I am a mother to two and recently became a grandma which has proven to be one of my greatest joys! I’ve been in floral design since I was a teenager, at 16 years old I got a job at a local flower shop and I never looked back. One of my favorites things to design has always been bridal bouquets, but one thing that always made me sad was that after the wedding the beautiful flowers just get thrown in the garbage. I started my business as a way for brides to be able to preserve their flowers and turn it into something unique and beautiful that they could keep forever! I have expanded this to include funeral and special occasion bouquet preservation as well. My favorite preservation item I offer are the portrait recreations. My shop is also filled with beautiful wreaths for all occasions. These featured wreaths have been my best sellers over the years. I’ve always been sentimental and seeing the joy that my wedding bouquet preservation, flower preservation, pressed flowers, resin and wreaths brings to my customers just makes my heart so happy.
