Hello everyone! Thank you for checking out my store, Nordic Timber Co. Nordic Timber Co focuses on high quality, handmade, fully custom furniture pieces and accessories in modern Scandinavian designs. I build coffee and console tables, dining sets, chairs, bed frames, custom gaming tables, desks and wall storage and other accessories. My favorite wood to use is black walnut, locally sourced in the Pacific Northwest where my shop is based. Almost all of my product listings will feature black walnut but I do have access to almost every type of wood available on the market. I am Ryan and I am just a grateful individual who managed to turn his dreams into reality and be able to support my family through it! I am a carpenter by trade and I started Nordic Timber Co back in 2017 out of my grandpa's garage. At the time I was working as a full time commercial carpenter and I wanted to go spend some time with my grandpa learning about fine carpentry, different types of hardwoods and furniture building techniques. It was a special way to spend more time with him doing something he really loved and could teach me. Now I hope to honor his memory by continuing my passion for woodworking.
