Art Me Up Studios

After a year of soul searching, mad-sciencing, art member-shipping, and eco-thinking, Art Me Up Studios was hatched. The mission: to upcycle and repurpose unused or left over materials by transforming them into original art, and earth-friendly art supplies and tools for other creatives. My art is made of the supplies I make for others: reclaimed/fashioned from creatively up-cycled and altered newspaper, wall paper samples, music, antique books, magazines, and paper samplings from around the world, sold by "palette" in mini books. Also, find an array of ready-cut papers for a variety of paper crafts: paper bead-making, paper weaving, paper mache, origami, and paper quilting; and unique stencils cut from up-cycled Tyvek envelopes. Fiber art supplies include hand-spun and dyed newspaper yarn, hand-twisted scrap fabric twine, upcycled t-shirt yarn, curated upholstery samples, and beautiful handmade, waxed momigami (paper cloth). COMING SOON: a variety of **plastic free!** ready-mix, archival pastes, glues, and art mediums, and eco-friendly varnishes. I aim to use plastic free, compostable, and recycled packaging whenever possible. Thank you for supporting a working artist!
