Welcome to my store, where passion and purpose unite to create unique upcycled art inspired by the ocean and nature. Sea turtles have always held a special place in my heart, and the word 'Umigame' beautifully encapsulates their essence in Japanese. My journey started with an unexpected opportunity in college – an extra credit project that allowed me to blend science and art. This project introduced me to the captivating realm of 'Sci-Art.' I sculpted the ocean, my ultimate muse and that project left an indelible mark. My business was born from the desire to bridge the perceived gap between science and art. We often view them as opposites, but through my creations, I aim to harmonize their beauty. Each piece tells a story, merging scientific knowledge and artistic expression. One of my driving forces is the urge to share knowledge and inspiration drawn from our precious ecosystem. Our environment is fragile, and conservation is vital. I aspire to ignite eco-consciousness through my art, fostering a deep appreciation for our planet's wonders.
