Welcome to Beauty By Jenna, an all-natural beauty company with the mission of creating jobs for disabled adults! Jenna is Autistic and didn’t speak till she was five years old, yet she overcame that challenge and went on to graduate from The Paul Mitchell School of Beauty in 2023. From there, she was unable to find accommodating work. Her sister in law had worked for many years with Autistic individuals and happily stepped in to help. Together, they launched their own company that provides organic, fun beauty products that help them hire other disabled adults. They now have customers in over 46 states and a community of over 15K people across social media. They’ve also hired their first Autistic part-time employee. Together, they plan on expanding to reach their ultimate goal of hiring 100 disabled adults.
