Welcome to the Cary Mixed Media Art Studio! We offer a variety of items including Bead People are made with a combination of glass and stone beads that are strung on fine gauge wire. The wire allows you to pose them as you like. A tiny but strong niobium magnet is permanently glued on the back and a larger magnet is included to allow you to position them on clothing and plants without making a hole. They make great additions to Fairy Gardens! My latest designs for Bead People use tiny magnets so no holes are made when attaching and they can now be put on anything from clothing to hats to refrigerators to lamp shades to snake plant leaves. Other popular items include Ceramic Coasters and Christmas ornaments made with a variety of Fluid Art techniques. Classes in Fluid Art techniques will be offered beginning in April, 2025.
