Welcome to Celene's Confections At Celene's we offer a variety of luxury cupcakes and cakes located in Cleveland, Ohio. Often times our clients ask about taking classes so in this space Lydia Carter (aka Celene) will teach you basic techniques for creating Exquisite cupcakes and cakes to take to family gatherings, team meetings and any special occasion. Why should you attend our classes, Lydia is a Wilton certified instructor and has run the business for 22 years. In the beginning of my career as a cake decorator I taught at several local businesses from beginner level to more advanced. Most recently I participated in our local school district's summer camp program where I taught 4th through 8th grade students how to decorate fun cupcakes. I enjoy sharing my gift with others whether it's me making a cake for them or teaching them how to create something beautiful for themselves or someone else.
