Welcome to Country Soaps By the Bay. I create hand crafted, small batch soap in a small town in North Carolina close to Tulls Bay in Moyock, NC. I originally started making soap for my family because I loved the flexibility it gave me in choosing the base ingredients and all those wonderful fragrances.
