Hi there! My name is Samantha Elaine and my business is Form-Function Design, LLC. I have been in the interior design field for over ten years. Creating a home is something I am really passionate about! I chose my business name because I believe art and other beautiful items should be functionable. While I believe your home is art you get to live in I also believe a home is meant for living in and making memories!
