I am a New Orleans based artist (born, raised, still here!), specializing in custom painted New Orleans style items, including Second Line & Wedding Umbrellas, Painted Mardi Gras Ladders, Door Decorations, Fleur de Lis Items, Masquerade Masks, Glittery Purses, and more. When you buy from Gris Gris Art, your items are authentic, coming straight from New Orleans, from an established and experienced artist/ seller. Since 2010, Gris Gris Art items have been sold online. They have also been featured and sold in the Louisiana Pizza Kitchen, French Quarter Festival, Lundi Gras Fest at the Riverwalk, multiple tv productions, BravoTV Pride Parade, New Orleans Weddings Magazine, local boutiques and art markets. I love everything fun, whimsical, and southern. In order to escape the stressful social services life I lived for many years and spend time with my little son, I turned to my love of art and the love of my city.
