Just A Mere Whimsy

Welcome to Just-A-Mere Whimsy! I am Michelle Hughes, a single mom, who loves the outdoors, animals and helping others, but most of all to create things that bring joy to others. I have a vast array of eclectic, ‘jack of all trades’ experiences. I love using these talents to create art to encourage, connect and share with others on deeper levels. These items include crocheted items, wire work jewelry, car charms, suncatchers, and photo-art from my photos. I created Just-A-Mere Whimsy as a way to not only help support my family, but also to deepen the bond with my daughter through creative things we both enjoyed. I make all of the jewelry and craft items we sell and take and edit all of the pictures used to create our photo-art items. My daughter is following her own endeavors now, but we still collaborate and share ideas, encouragement and support for each other. We donate back to the community by supporting: The John Fiore Foundation, Operation Pets Spay/Neuter, and Save The Bees projects. It will be clearly stated in the listing if we are using a specific item to raise donations and what project it supports. Otherwise, we donate a percentage of all profits throughout the year.
