Welcome to Laura Lee Creations! I'm Laura Lee Crabtree. I'm a full-time middle and high school math teacher and have always enjoyed making and helping people so why not combine the two! I originally started with wreaths and floral arrangements which then turned into making bows and headwraps. Sewing the headwraps helped me discover my love of sewing and quilting. I started making t-shirt blankets and stuffed animals out of loved ones' clothes. When I started spending more time in the kitchen, I found my love of cooking from scratch with local ingredients. I started making jams, jellies, and syrups from what I harvested or local farms. My uncle is the one who introduced me to leather working. I have found that I can express my creativity the best with leather. I can carve, dye, mold, and stitch to create many different pieces. As I improve my skills, I can't wait to see what the future holds. I created this store to provide handmade headwraps and leather goods to reach more people.
