Ornaments By Nan N Sew on

Welcome to Ornaments By Nan N Sew On! I learned to crochet at 16, later learned to knit and then became an avid sewer. I have been a quilter since 2005 and am still a quilter today. In 2019, I learned to make quilted ornaments. It gave a whole new dimension to my craft and quickly became my passion. Ornamenting has been wildly fun, challenging and very satisfying. Sewing has been incorporated into many of my creations. Every ornament is unique. They are great for many occasions and milestones: weddings, anniversaries, graduations, births, birthdays, all holidays, especially Christmas! I have done a wide variety of Memory Ornaments for people who have lost loved ones. Recently, I women brought me an old wedding gown to make 20 ornaments out of it. They were all different patterns, many my own designs. The name of the original bride was embroidered on one side of each one. They are now family heirlooms. Ornaments can also be collected, displayed on an all-season tree or used to enhance the decor' of any room in your home. They are not just for Christmas anymore!
