Our story begins with Ren, a Chihuahua who loved going on walks but found them difficult to enjoy due to a fatty tissue around his neck region, causing him to cough and choke when wearing most harnesses available on the market. Ren's human stepped in to help and developed a harness that sat comfortably around his upper body without putting any additional strain on his problematic area. Ren was able to enjoy his walks once again without any discomfort. Not content with just a functional harness, Ren's human went on to ponder how she might change out his outfits as easily as humans swap out of their T-shirts. After some experimenting, the interchangeable and reversible covers were created. Now Ren could have outfits for every holiday, as well as some with his favorite characters on them, all without needing more than a single harness. Ren's stylish covers were getting compliments all around town, and his human was often asked where he got them. That's when she got the idea to start making them available to others, and shortly after, PAWZLY was formed.
