Waist beads originated in Africa and were one of the first types of shape wear known to man. They even predate corsets but have a similar effect! Wearing waist beads can tell you so much about your body. When you’re bloated, your beads will tell you. When you’ve gained or lost weight, your beads will tell you. When you’ve skipped too many meals…. Your beads will tell you! Waist beads also help build confidence and aid you in shifting your internal dialogue. They have also been known to help with manifesting, mindfulness, and even fertility. Each string beads is made with love and only when in good spirits.
