The Revolutionary Bites Bakery uses 100% Organic Freshly Milled Spelt Flour (originating in the Ancient Middle East). Also, all products are 100% dairy-free, and can be made vegan upon request! These ingredients are more than a trend, they are things that were once a part of everyday life. The common wheat, and cow's dairy that we have access to en masse now, has been proven to cause inflammation, cancer, weight gain, autoimmune conditions, high blood sugar levels, allergies, and skin irritations, just to name a few.
