Hello! Welcome to R.Studio Watercolour! My name is Rachel and art has been my passion since I was little. I've needed to get my hands on as many colors in every medium as possible. Everything I've made has always been *extra.* When I drew grass as a young kid, it needed to be three different greens. I graduated from the University of Salford in Manchester, England with a first-class degree in Design For Digital Media (hence the "ou" in watercolour). I love brand identity and was a social media manager at an agency in NYC. However, after returning to the States, I became disabled, so I've had the time to try new mediums that suit my new needs. Ever since I started making watercolors I’ve become hooked! I love the ability to make literally any color I can dream up, and I wanted to share that passion with everyone. I even was one of the first to mix matte watercolor with mica, so the paint flows and acts like a matte, but still has some shimmer to it. Have a look around and see what you like.
