Ruth Sewing Room

Hi and welcome to my Shop “Ruth Sewing Room”! I love to sew bright and pretty boutique-style dresses for children. I am constantly creating lovely new designs for pageant wear, dress-ups, photo shoots, special occasions, and everyday wear for your little ones. Beautiful fabrics inspire me and I love to take a design and put my own spin on it by using colors and patterns to create a themed dress or just something that I know will make a little girl (and her momma) smile! Sewing is my art and it’s been a lifelong love! I learned to sew from my mother at the tender age of six in Brooklyn, NY. My first project was a blouse; it didn’t turn out too well, but I wasn’t deterred! I kept sewing and learning and at fourteen years old I started my first sewing job, making clothes for my neighbor’s seven-year-old daughter.
