How It All Began: I am inspired by the adventures of my 4 cats who share their home with me. I strive to create high quality, unique cards that you cannot find elsewhere. I have always been involved in art and its varied mediums. Loving gratitude to my Grandma Faye who encouraged me early on with coffee tins of crayons and colored pencils, mucilage glue, glitter and endless tablets of paper. I created my very first card when I was eight years old: a birth announcement for when our cat Charmer had kittens. My art experiences and skills have grown through the years while my cats and other furry friends centered my life. Combine all my art experiences with a slightly dry, sarcastic sense of humor and mix in a loving devotion to all my furry children... and these one-of-a-kind cards came into existence as “The Accidental Cat”.
