Truptis Craft

Welcome to Trupti's Craft. My name is Trupti More. I’m a self-taught paper quilling artist; refining my craft with repeated trials and practice. I find happiness in creating beautiful and colorful designs made from paper strips. Paper quilling involves strips that are rolled, looped, curled, and otherwise manipulated to produce shapes that combine to create designs. Quilling is an art form that dates back centuries and at one time was reserved for royalty. Now, people in many cultures and at many ages have access to quilling. Required tools and supplies are modest, yet the handiwork results in spectacular, textured, and colorful designs. While that sounds simple, quilling truly requires a lot of patience and an eye for color. You can make bookmarks, ornaments, frames, jewelry, candle holders etc with quilling. There is no limitation to the designs that can be made and based on customer requests for customization, my collection has significantly grown over the years. I also love teaching this art so I also conduct online and in-person workshops for kids as well as for adults.
