Dear friends and supporters, After much thought, I’ve decided to close my shop. For years, I’ve poured my heart into crafting 100% handmade crochet pieces, each made with care and love. I’m grateful to everyone who supported me along the way. Recently, a customer ignored the proof and video we provided and wrongly claimed our product wasn’t handmade. Despite our patience and even offering a refund, she left two retaliatory 1-star reviews. Sadly, the platform didn’t address this unfairness and allowed her to post multiple reviews. I spent hours preparing evidence, only to receive a generic reply. Whether an order is $9 or $29, we treat every order with love and include a small handmade gift. I’m not closing over one sale, but because of the exhaustion from fighting for fairness and being dismissed. Thank you for believing in me. Maybe one day, I’ll return in a new way. Thank you.
