We appreciate you so much for wanting a piece from us! Everything is handmade from scratch. We use a mix of hardwoods for our pieces and the design will be what is pictured, but each piece will be unique with its grain pattern and sometimes texture. Some pieces have more character than others, knots, grains and darker areas. To us, that shows how beautifully unique your piece is and that each piece comes from a different tree. We do our best to sand out your piece nice and smooth, but we might miss a spot. The stain color is always the same brand, but because pieces come from a new tree every time, the stain color can vary slightly ( being richer or duller). I promise we give each piece the same love and treatment as all the others, and we hope that you love them as a whole as well. We do our best to pack pieces to be shipped to you without damage, but on the rare occasion damage can be caused by the shipping company.
