This foam cutter can cut foam, sponge, and also cut round shapes (Dia.=340mm). The support is adjustable 360 degrees for easy foam cutting. It can work consistently.

Installation:

Install the pillar and tighten the screw.
Install the dimension ruler.
Release the wire, pass it through the hole.
Pass the wire through the board hole and let it buckle in the spring.
Turn on the power switch.
Note:

The heating wire temperature can be adjustable; cutting different density and material requires adjusting the appropriate temperature.
Usually, the electric wire is not red or slightly red, which is suitable. It cannot be cut if the wire is very red.
When cutting, the wire temperature is very high, keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
It is recommended to wear work gloves when cutting.
When complete cutting, please cut off the power promptly.
Some materials may produce a smell when cutting; it is recommended to cut in a ventilated environment.
