Great yarn, I bought the olive and came back for more. There was an advertising mistake where this was advertised as a 3 pack, and they did only send one. I contacted support via the chat bot, was transferred to live chat and was shipped out another skein, 1 - not both. The item number and price are the same for the 3 pack and the single skein which is why I say it was a mistake on their part.

I have called twice now to get this corrected and Michaels does not seem to want to fix the error in the system. It is clearly a bundle of 3 ordered but all you will receive is 1 skein of yarn. Very frustrating.

You will receive 1 skein and never receive the rest of the order despite multiple attempts. Also, customer service is useless.
