In Store Price Guarantee
If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any brick-and-mortar retailer, or any of the online retailers listed below, we will match that price. (Bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. If you find a current lower price at the time of purchase or within 7 days of your purchase we will adjust the price. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.) The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number.

If you find a current lower price within 7 days of your Michaels.com purchase, please contact our Michaels.com Customer Service at 1-800-642-4235 and we will adjust your payment to the lower price. Stores are unable to adjust the price for a Michaels.com order.

MakerPlace by Michaels Discount Promotions
Discount promotions on MakerPlace may be offered by the sellers themselves or by MakerPlace. If at any time there are one or more Seller-driven promotions and MakerPlace site offers applicable to the same order, the promotions will be applied in the following manner:
First, Seller promotions on items or their entire store (other than free shipping) will be applied to an order.
