I typically use Vybar 260, since I primarily use 100% soy wax! There are different types of Vybar, for different waxes & different uses ( such as wax melts & etc )! I’m giving 2 stars, only cuz the info is not posted on the product, & you might be able to contact your manufacturer, & inform customers, as to which type of Vybar this is, so established & new business owners don’t mess up the quality & consistency of their candles ( for their customers )! And- so they don’t waste their wax, color, fragrance oil, wick, other additives, time, & money ( on the wrong Vybar & a bad batch of candles, which will have to be trashed, discounted, or given away, if can’t be properly fixed )! In the future- Please try to clarify your type/types of Vybar! I would suggest doing the same, for the soy wax, since there are so many different types of soy wax, as well! This would really boost your sales! Especially, among established business owners, who are waiting on a large order ( from their vendor ), & need to buy these products ASAP, to fulfill a rushed or unplanned order! Thank you, for the opportunity to speak & hopefully improve your sales, with these particular products! Another suggestion- if you are only selling 1 size & 1 type of pre-tabbed wicks, you should go with a 6 inch wick, instead of a 3 inch wick! Wicks can always be trimmed, but they can’t be stretched, for taller vessels! There are many types of wicks ( depending on wax )! Once you know which type of soy wax, that you carry, & know the diameter of the main vessels, that you’re selling, pick a wick type ( which would work best with the wax & vessels )! Example- regular 8oz Mason jar, with a 3in diameter, 100% soy wax ( which you know to be 464 ), Vybar 650, & a 6in primed & pre-tabbed HTP 93, or CD 10, or Eco 12 wick, would be a good baseline to carry! Customers would know- the jar size & diameter, the exact type & amount of wax &  vybar to buy, & they could grab 1 pack of those wicks ( which you choose to carry ), trim them to their liking, & that type of wick would work or come very close to working, with the descriptive products above! This is only a suggestion, since you’re not a primary candle store only, & you only carry a limited amount of candle products, to get people started or help established owners, when they need something quickly! I guarantee that your star ratings, reviews, repeat candles customers, & new candle customers will grow & expand! Your DIY candle making kits are fine, cuz they come with directions & everything needed to make that particular candle! But, the small selection of individual candle products do not have the appropriate info, to help candlemakers pick out what they might need! So, they buy it anyway ( hoping it works ), get good outcomes, get horrible outcomes, or just leave & go to another store ( that has the appropriate info listed on their products ), or go home empty handed & wait on their online products to arrive! Those simple changes will really help your business, by being knowledgeable, justifying paying a higher a price than somewhere else, & knowing your limited stock will work or be very close to working in conjunction, to make a nice burning candle! It will also help customers know exactly what they’re buying, appreciating the quality, info, & compatibility of the candle products you carry, & keep them coming back & spreading the word to New candlemakers ( hobby or starting a business )! I will be coming to try your fragrances, colors, scale, new larger pouring picture, extra thermometer, extra wick stickers, & couple of different sizes of glass candle vessels! I would LOVE it, if you carried an inexpensive heat gun, a set of inexpensive wick stabilizers ( instead of 1 in a pack, for 1 candle ), & a set of the 2.5oz clear empty plastic wax melt clamshells! Just those few tweaks & changes, along with your coupon, would make for a nice little one-stop candle dept! I look forward to trying a few new things soon! Have a great day!
