The box looked like it was already opened. there was tape all around the box, no instructions and no two rolls of tape. I tried exchanging it at my local Michaels but "shocker" they had a box there also missing two rolls of tape. I reported it, they just gave me a refund. I didn't want a refund. I emailed them so they could send me a replacement.

I Bought this glider, I was so excited to receive it!!! And no TAPE was in the box... This is sad and ridiculous. Lots of the reviews stated the same issue. Apparently Michaels DOES NOT read there reviews. I would think they would DO BETTER!!!... Michales you need to stop sailing this product if you're not going to ship all the merchandise. This tape glider is to expensive for customers to have to JUMP through hoops for corrections.. DO BETTER!!!!

missing the tape rolls and the box had been wet and taped up. it was nasty and there was no tape with the dispenser. very disappointed that i would be shipped something in thsi shape. there was sime tupe of oil on the tape dispenser thst i wiped off before i realized the box had been water damaged and taoed back up. it was just gross. very unhappy that someone thought this was ok to ship as a new product. disgusting

Ordered this online and it clearly syates it comes with teo rolls of tape and the box had been opened and the two rolls of taos were not there. Waste of time and money.

The package did not include the two rolls of ATG tape, and the box was in poor condition. However, the tape gun itself looked new and in good shape. I cannot confirm if it works because it did not come with the two rolls of tape as shown on the box or mentioned in the description.

I love the ATG advanced tape glider this is my second one i ordered this one on April 21,2023 well it came today April 25,2023 it was supposed to come with 2 rolls of tape it was not on the box.

I made the mistake of ordering this online and the box was taped closed so as I suspected, the two refills that are supposed to be included were not in the box!  Unfortunately, I needed to use the ATG immediately, so couldn't return it.  Very frustrating!!
