Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the cost of the item MINUS the original shipping costs. Please include the original packing slip with the return so we can locate your order and issue a refund quickly. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We encourage exchanges instead of returns. If something does not fit, we can either exchange for the correct size or custom make to fit. It is very important to fully read the item descriptions of the items to make sure our items work for your needs. We can custom make anything to size.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If item is not in original condition, partial deduction in the refund will be made.
