I absolutely love the colors created from these gels. I do wish they all came in small squeeze bottles. That would make it soooo much easier to use.

These colors are true, but the application is really messy. I seem to reach for my ChefMaster colors more often because adding a few drops is easier. The Wilton colors are true, but it's hard to be accurate each time with a toothpick. Drops are easier.

There were the primary colors and a few fun ones like a teal and pink, but there were a few duds as well like brown and copper. Not sure I will use those. The colors that I used recently were great, like the pink, purple and teal. Vibrant and only needed a little bit. Overall satisfied.

I've been a baker for many years but back then we only had liquid. Paste is so much better with the colors more vibrant with just a dab compared to using half a bottle to get just the right color. Great buy since if you buy them one at a time you'll pay a little more.
